Went to Ophthalmologist, who says my cataracts are now bad enough to justify surgery. Which has me a little freaked out, but I'm tentatively scheduled for October/November.
Oura may or may not work out. Might have to look at a bracelet instead.
Some mild irritation with work stuff.
